During his career at the Sun Herald, Tim Isbell has covered some of the top athletes of our time and many of the pivotal athletic events in Mississippi’s history.

Isbell may be the only photojournalist in the nation who has covered Brett Favre’s career from his high school days at Hancock North Central to his legendary career as a Green Bay Packer. In 2008, many of Isbell’s pictures chronicling Favre’s career was published in a book by the Sun Herald titled, Brett Favre: From the Kiln to Green Bay.
